About Us
Aya Youth Alliance is a youth-centered non-governmental, non-profit civil society organization dedicated to strengthening youth leadership and supporting youth-led initiatives that advance inclusive social, environmental, and economic development. The organization was inspired the urgent need for inclusive systems to translate and coordinate youth empowerment slogans into realities across Africa
Our core objective is to empower young people aged 12 - 35 years to become active leaders and solution providers within their communities. We do this through a combination of high-level advisory support, targeted capacity building, catalytic micro-grants, and platforms for civic and economic engagement, with a long-term vision that extends beyond Ghana to the wider African region.
